I think it's related to my printer and it's only using generic drivers for it when I should be using the HP drivers. I am having severe eye problems and may not be able to post back/respond. There is even a warning on this page about checking that box. I am running Windows 7 I am properly shutting it down but it simply won't turn the entire computer off. They are still there; it simply won't turn off when I click them.
I was pointing out that there's not an objective right answer without collecting more data.
