We also provide an extensive Windows 7 tutorial section that covers a wide range of tips and tricks. We have cordless phones in our house near both computers that had problems, so maybe that was the issue. I went back to my old microsoft wireless keyboard and mouse, reinstalled everything, downloaded new drivers for keyboard and mouse and now it works! I've found that I need the "natural" keyboard style.
