If it just isnt booting it could be a problem else where. Put back in the 3V battery and Power cable and touched all cables inside PC 5. Loading... Yea, booted up and I had graphics.
Sure enough I had a bent pin, once I straightened it out the computer turned right back on, no more flashing orange led. Tried replacing the power supply, tweaking usb pins, blew every spec of dust, surge protector, everything. I'm out of ideas. If that proves to be the case, I'll just mount a regular supply to the computer case on the outside and be done with it.
I believe the cold condensation/temperature or something killed my original power supply.
