I closed my computer.
When selecting the user names etc, the desktop will sometimes load but then the laptop crashes. Connect the AC Adapter back, restart the system and check if the system is working fine. Hope this helps. However, the screen stayed black.
I then scanned for adware and viruses, which there were none each time. and elaborate more....
