I have followed the suggestions above to no avail. With either the battery or AC adaptor connected, both or just either one, there are no lights comming on, no sounds at all. I shut it down properly and the next time it started up fine, as normal. When the power button starts to blink, i have to unplug and plug the power cord but it only last for awhile.
